Climate-neutral construction is a challenge for the construction and real estate industry. The topic will be discussed at the Sustainable Building Conference on March 25, 2021. Among other experts, representatives of the city of Zurich, which has set itself the goal of achieving net zero as early as 2030, or Eike Roswag of ZRS Architekten Berlin will have their say: He will show what post-fossil architecture looks like.

What does net zero mean for materialization and the existing stock? And where are there economic incentives that speak for a building and climate turnaround? The morning event will focus on these questions. In six parallel sessions in the afternoon, individual topics will be explored in greater depth.

For the symposium, the following institutions are newly organized in a consortium: BFH, CRB, eco-building, FHNW, ETH, Minergie, NNBS and SIA.
