Many job descriptions are too rigid in terms of tasks. Often, true to the traditional pattern, people are still looking for the "eierlegende Wollmilchsau" - with experience, of course. This has consequences: The right talents - and there are not only newcomers, many are also willing to change jobs - do not apply.
